Our Children’s Trust, a law firm representing children's rights, opposes the Department of the Interior's regulatory reform efforts. They argue that the proposed actions to accelerate fossil fuel development violate the constitutional rights of children by worsening climate change and public health.

Safari Club International, a nonprofit organization advocating for the "sustainable use" of wildlife, supports the proposed deregulatory revisions to the Endangered Species Act. They argue that the current special rules for importing trophies of African elephants, lions, and argali are inconsistent with Congressional intent, create unnecessary administrative burdens, and undermine foreign conservation programs that rely on hunting revenue.

The Arizona Mining Association expresses strong support for the National Mining Association’s recommendations for regulatory reform to reduce burdens and streamline permitting. They argue that these reforms are necessary to ensure mineral independence, provide regulatory certainty, and support the economic growth of the mining industry.

The Council of South Carolina Professional Archaeologists (COSCAPA) opposes the modification or repeal of existing regulations that protect federal land and historic and cultural resources. They argue that regulations implementing NHPA, NEPA, ARPA, and NAGPRA are necessary, effective, and should remain in place to uphold the Department of the Interior's trust obligations to Native Nations and the public.

The Okanogan County Farm Bureau opposes the introduction of grizzly bears into the North Cascades Ecosystem, arguing that it poses safety risks to humans, violates state laws, and imposes significant socio-economic burdens on farmers and ranchers. They advocate for the termination of the Joint Record of Decision, citing insufficient NEPA analysis and conflicts with federalism and state sovereignty.

NANA Regional Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation, supports the proposed regulatory reform by arguing that National Park Service Bulletin 38 is inconsistent with Alaska-specific laws (ANCSA and ANILCA) and creates unnecessary burdens on mining projects. They specifically request that Bulletin 38 be revised to exclude "landscapes" from eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places and recommend the revocation of the BLM's Public Lands Rule.

American Agri-Women, a coalition of farm, ranch, and agribusiness women, supports the proposed regulatory reform. They argue for specific modifications to Endangered Species Act (ESA) regulations to reduce economic burdens on landowners, clarify definitions, and streamline permitting processes for infrastructure and energy projects.

The American Bus Association (ABA) opposes the proposed surcharge on international visitors to U.S. national parks, arguing it will create administrative burdens for tour operators and negatively impact the tourism economy. They suggest that the Department of the Interior should instead focus on incentivizing domestic travel through discounted admissions for the nation's 250th anniversary.

The National Fisheries Institute (NFI), a trade association representing seafood harvesters and processors, supports the proposed regulatory reform. They argue that the Department of the Interior should modify the definition of "shellfish" in 50 CFR 10.12 to include cephalopods (like squid and octopus) to eliminate unnecessary permit fees and port restrictions for exporters and importers.

They specifically request streamlined NEPA and NHPA processes, revisions to BLM grazing regulations, and more flexible management of wildlife and endangered species.
