A bill to name the community-based outpatient clinic of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Newton, New Jersey, as the "Anthony 'Tony' J. Gallopo VA Clinic".

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to take certain steps regarding a loan guaranteed under chapter 37 of such title that is delinquent or foreclosed.

A bill to authorize the Director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency to establish an apprenticeship program and to establish a pilot program on cybersecurity training for veterans and members of the Armed Forces transitioning to civilian life, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to seek to enter into an agreement with a federally funded research and development center for the conduct of an independent evaluation of artificial intelligence systems in use by the Veterans Health Administration, and for other purposes.

To direct the Director of the Defense Health Agency to submit to Congress a report on the feasibility of establishing a pilot program that establishes a behavioral neurology fellowship program to provide training opportunities with respect to treating members of the Armed Forces and veterans with traumatic brain injuries.
