The Compressed Gas Association (CGA) opposes the proposed exemption for aerosol containers from being labeled as "simple asphyxiants." They argue that the hazard of the gas remains the same regardless of container size and that consistent labeling is necessary to prevent inhalant abuse and maintain hazard-based classification standards.
