Application of Antonov Airlines respectfully requesting an emergency exemption to permit Antonov to operate a single one-way all-cargo charter flight transporting two (2) or more outsized Boeing 767 upper lobe fuselage sections and related equipment from Melbourne, Florida (MLB) or, in the alternative, from West Palm Beach, Florida (PBI), to Everett, Washington (PAE) or, in the alternative, to Seattle, Washington (BFI or SEA), during the period of June 28 through July 3, 2026, using an AN-124-100 aircraft.
