Joint application of Alaska Airlines, Inc. and Philippine Airlines, Inc. respectfully requesting (1) an exemption to enable Alaska to engage in scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property, and mail on a codeshare basis (i) between points in the United States, directly or via any intermediate points, and the Philippines, and (ii) between points in the United States and points beyond the Philippines, to the full extent available under the U.S.-Philippines Air Transport Agreement.
