2026-7-21 Order Issuing Foreign Certificate Authority

By this Order, the U.S. Department of Transportation finds that Trans Northern Airways, LLC dba Air Unlimited Charter Services, currently a commuter air carrier, is a citizen of the United States and is fit, willing, and able to conduct foreign scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail as a U.S. certificated air carrier, and issues to it a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing such operations, subject to the limitations herein and on the attached certificate.
