By this Order, the U.S. Department of Transportation (1) confirms action taken by letter dated May 19, 2026, making the interstate certificate authority of TransNorthern, LLC, effective on that date; and (2) reissues the certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing TransNorthern to engage in interstate scheduled air transportation of persons, property, and mail to reflect May 19, 2026, as its effective date.
