By this Order, the U.S. Department of Transportation tentatively finds that Szabo Aerospace, LLC d/b/a Micronesia Air Connection Services is a citizen of the United States and is fit, willing, and able to conduct scheduled passenger operations as a commuter air carrier, subject to conditions, as described in the order.
