2026-7-9 Order Selecting Air Carrier

By this Order, the U.S. Department of Transportation 1) selects Breeze Aviation Group, Inc. d/b/a Breeze Airways to provide Essential Air Service at Ogdensburg, New York, for the three-year term from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2029; 2) grants the community of Ogdensburg a waiver from the requirement in 49 U.S.C. § 41732(b)(1)(A) to permit Breeze to operate fewer than two daily round trips, six days per week; and 3) grants the community a waiver from 49 U.S.C. § 41734(b)-(c) that requires the Secretary to hold in an air carrier beyond the end of the EAS contract.
