Summary: SMARTER, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on motorcyclist safety research, is introducing its organization and research database to the Motorcyclist Advisory Council. They advocate for the inclusion of research on Perceptual Countermeasures (PCM's) and road curve markings in the Council's recommendations to improve rider safety.
