I am Requesting an Exemption for the FinCEN form to allow for FinCEN to issue interim final Rule removing reporting of Beneficial Ownership Information reporting, under the Secretary of the Department of Treasury and the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, by the Corporate Transparency Act of January 1, 2021 as part of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021, amended the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020 and amends the Bank Secrecy Act by adding BOI reporting requirements, on my behalf and this written statement of request, shall provide an Exemption of U.S. Owners from having to provide such information. Effective 05/09/2026 by my Oath of my affirmation of Approval by reference of incorporation of association and import, my voluntary Consent and Permission shall apply for the Regulation focused establishing protocols to protect the Security and Confidentiality of BOI reported to FinCEN and CCD requirements for financial institutions. This shall apply as my Filed Report, as Ownership’s BOI Reporting with FinCEN as a bureau within the United States Department of the Treasury, by my request to the Secretary of the Treasury shall include consideration of personnel safety, practicality of implementation and impact on the effectiveness of military readiness with consultation with the Department of War, as referenced in my Procurement List submitted earlier today to be able to proclaim Interim Final Rule, and published Federal Register public notification according to procedures of Notifications by the Director of OMB with their approval notice to the President for releasing authority for National Security Council and National Operations Planned for the safety, security and wellbeing of personnel and civilian family members to carry out goals to Missions.
