Summary: The commenter supports the proposed action, arguing that restricting substances for transgender individuals is discriminatory and unjust compared to cisgender individuals. They claim that the proposed restrictions are based on prejudice and will cause harm to transgender people's rights and happiness.
Is it truly just to label a substance bad and restrict it for one group, but to allow it for another? If all people have unalienable rights why deny them to transgender people? Why make it harder for a trans woman to pursue her happiness then it would be for a cisgender woman? And what legal standing do you have to make something more difficult to obtain for one group then another, to label it harmful for one but not the other. Consider that the leg you stand on is one of hate and prejudice and that your foolish decisions will only bring harm.
