This is a disgusting attempt to criminalize transitioning. Estrogen is not a controlled substance, nor does it need to be. It poses no danger to to the individuals taking it, and therefore a database of these individuals is a violation of privacy and civil liberty. I am fully opposed to this petition, and I do not want to see it implemented.
