Creating a registry for trans women who want continued access to gender affirming care is unconstitutional. We all have a right to healthcare. That should never be limited by trans status or gender expansive identities. Policies like this do not make us safer. Trans women are women and deserve to be treated as such. All women deserve to be treated as full citizens in our society and we are stronger together. This policy is not rooted in science or justice. Nature abhors a binary.
