Our company, Kopp Development Inc., in the course of our involvement in the MRI environment, has witnessed a number of medical device failures. Awareness of these failures in the general radiology community is quite rare. This petition would help to disseminate this information to a wider interested audience which it is believed would reduce the number of patient adverse event. As such, we fully support this proposal.
