I support this petition by David A Kessler. I believe in greater transparency in our foods. I believe that the government has a duty to protect consumers and manufacturers need to be held to a higher standard. Removing the current GRAS standard will force this to happen. My health has improved since removing ultra processed foods from my diet. I have reduced inflammation and my arthritis and autoimmune diseases have gotten better.
