We have got to clean up our food system. I have 3 children in their 30’s. My two daughters spend countless hours educating themselves about healthy foods to give my grandchildren. While they eat healthy at home, the birthday parties and school offerings are toxic.
My son cooks at home, but enjoys fast food and convenience foods. He and his wife are obese because they enjoy treating themselves to what is sold as food. When you look back at TV 40 years ago the few obese people aren’t nearly the size of so many people. It is so sad that the greatest country in the world has so many sick and obese people.
