Does continuation of current dilution disposal provide lesser risk than injection well? Given the current dilution method is in use now. Given the need for dilution water source that is independent of J H Campbell facility process water as the source. Given landfill that generates the leachate will be remediated by Ashcor in a 20-25 year period, therefore negating the leachate at project end point. Provided dilution water and delivery means could be engineered and re-engineer of diluted leachate to bypass the J H Campbell Facility discharge, the urgency or must have status of injection wells could be avoided. The choice of Dilution Discharge or Injection Well disposal both carry environmental concern, however what means has the greatest predictability of outcome? Dilution has 30 year record.
