Summary: The commenter, identifying as a Native American, opposes the decriminalization of peyote and mescaline and the production of synthetic mescaline. They argue that these substances are sacred to their culture and that the proposed actions threaten their religious ceremonies and violate the American Indian Religious Freedom Act of 1994.
Mescaline is a sacred component to our ancient peyote way of for us the Nativs American predating our Columbus. There is a movement by the big.Pharm and Psychedilc group to use for other purposes which is serious threat to our peyote ceremony. We strong oppose decrimina ization of peyote and mescaline..and produce synthetic mescaline. Please deny any application effort to allow usage of mescaline for any purpose. This violates the American Indian Religious Freedom Act of 1994. DENY APPLCATION.
