Please deny this permit. The list of what is being requested to "manufacture" is far too long to be taken seriously. This company is requesting government permission to "bulk" manufacture cocaine and LSD. These are not products that we need anyone producing, much less a government sanctioned organization. The ability to abuse these permissions is too high. For other items on the list, such as ibogaine and mescaline, these are plant medicines that are used by tribes and Indigenious groups. To permit a company to be "bulk" producing these threatens the groups who have stewarded these medicines since it has the potential to take their expertise and authority and allow anyone to use them, without the context in which they are supposed to be used. The effects of this can be incredibly negative since these plants and compounds do not affect everyone uniformly and could have severe consequences if they fall into the wrong hands. "Bulk" manufacture should not be permitted of any of these compounds in a government sanctioned way. Please deny this permit.
