L.C. AllenOpposeIndividual
Summary: An individual citizen opposes the DEA's application to manufacture mescaline, citing concerns over human health, the future of Peyote, and violations of the American Indian Freedom of Religion Act. The commenter urges the DEA to prioritize public opinion over pharmaceutical production.
I urge the DEA to DENY this application to manufacture mescaline. Expanding commercial mescaline manufacturing through synthetic and pharmaceutical companies not only raises concerns about the future of Peyote, but it poses as a direct human health threat and is a violate of the American Indian Freedom of Religion Act. I encourage the DEA to prioritize the VOICE OF THE VOTING PUBLIC over expanding pharmaceutical production. The list of drugs this company is applying for bulk quota is alarming. This American citizen does not want this company to be awarded this permit.
