I am Requesting the Approval of the 2026 Consolidated Appropriations Act funding for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's FXS activities, to support additional strategies and earlier identification, to ensure proper medical services, and support people with FXS conditions across their lifespan, on my behalf, under the Administrative Procedure Act as amended, and as Civilian Personnel of the Federal Government, and with the Approval request per this written statement to the Directors of OMB to Approve and Fast Forward Notifications for Agency Actions and Enforcement. Effective 06/27/2026 for immediate effect upon review. By my Oath of my affirmation of reference of incorporation by association and import, for my Approval, Authorization, voluntary Consent, to carry out all actions for the purposes.
