Comment from PMSA

On behalf of the members of the Pacific Merchant Shipping Association (PMSA), we submit the attached comments in response to the Request for Information: Potential Use of the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) for Offshore Space Launch and Re-entry Activities. PMSA is a nonprofit trade association which represents owners and operators of U.S. and foreign flagged vessels operating along the U.S. West Coast which potentially could be impacted directly and indirectly by the proposed OSC activities.
