I stronly oppose mining off the coast of Virginia and Virginia Beach. There are already solar wind turbines of the coast of VA. Mining off the coast of Virginia will be harmful to aquatic life and cause unnecessary damage to the environment. There are other ways to generate renewable energy. This is not one of them. This is not a good plan.
