Virginia & her citizens have spent millions of dollars, time to get the Chesapeake Bay to be healthy again..by doing any mining it will disturb the sea silt on the floor and flow directly down stream destroying sea-life, water quality for everyone & everything…the proof is when Hurricane Sandy hit up north all the debris dumped into every stream and flowed right into the Chesapeake Bay and then the Ocean nothing was spared and that was a natural event .
Man made events are far worst look no further then the gulf and all the oil..
We need find better ways than destroying the earth, oceans & the air especially for greed & profit for the wealthy & corporations ..all the destruction will cause national security..wake up
