We the people want our oceans protected and healthy with an eco system that works together to support the oceans. We are killing marine life with over fishing trawling and drilling and science has just discovered a collapse of currents never seen before. Whales are dying at accelerated rates. Warming climate is killing food and starving many species. We can not afford to blast and destroy sonic hearing that whales rely on or kill the organisms the marine life depend on. It's a delicate balance and if we kill it we are killing everything. Stop abusing and destroying for insatiable greed!! This is morally and ethically wrong and will hurt all life on the planet!!NO to this dangerous stupidity!
