Summary: An individual resident of the Eastern Shore of Virginia opposes the proposed commercial leasing for offshore minerals. They argue that the action would destroy the coastline's natural beauty, harm endangered species, and ruin the local aquaculture industry and way of life.
The Eastern Shore of Virginia is a special place. Untouched and one of the few places left that holds so much natural beauty. This would destroy our coastline, migrating endangered species and absolutely destroying our aquaculture and way of life on the eastern shore. This cannot go through, we will lose everything that makes ESVA what it is. We must protect our beautiful home for generations to come!
