Writing to express my strong opposition to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ “Instate Transport and Temporary Export of National Firearms Act” notice of proposed rulemaking (RIN 1140-AA89). These changes are dangerous and stupid.
