This is a common sense change that will allow persons to engage in interstate travel for firearms training opportunities with a NFA firearm without the requirement to receive permission ahead of time from ATF. The lack of a timely response from ATF can force the proposed travel to be canceled and the training opportunity lost. Make this common sense change to the rule.
