Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08932

This one is tough, I would most prefer to see this question dropped from the form completely. Simple is better. However, if the question is to stay on the form. I do support passing this rule so that the form is clear in what it is requesting. An unnecessary question that is clear, does still seem better than an unnecessary question without clarity in what is expected.
