I'm thoroughly opposed to this. Whatever someone's sex characteristics are should have no impact on them purchasing a firearm. This not only aims to harm transgender people, but intersex people as well. This is a needless and discriminatory barrier towards law abiding citizens trying to use their constitutional rights, and it is not what I want my tax dollars to go to. The law should be left how it is currently in regards to this issue.
