Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08932

It is an irrefutable fact of biological science that there are only two sexes, male and female. That being said, no where in the Constitution of the United States or the 2nd Amendment is there a stipulation pertaining to sex when it comes to possession of arms. The question regarding sex of the individual should be removed entirely.
