This is a ban in so many other words. Why do we have to waste time with this instead of any of the other inefficiencies and wastes in the NICS system? The gender flag on an ID is sufficient enough for this Can't believe anyone believes dems do gun control, it's always some republican admin who actually restricts the 2nd amendment
