Summary: An individual opposes the requirement to select biological sex on ATF firearm permit forms, arguing that it is outdated and could systematically disenfranchise citizens' rights. The commenter suggests that other methods of identification are sufficient.
A persons sex or perceived sex should not be a factor when filing a permit for a firearm when it can systematicly disenfranchised a citizen's rights depending on their state and government issued identification, there are many ways a person can be properly identified without the inclusion of a description of their genitals on federal paperwork, requiring such is outdated and barbaric. Requiring sex can and will likely strip rights from citizens.
