Hello, I am against this rule change as it makes it harder for Americans to exercise their rights under the constitution. As such, it is unconstitutional. How is this rule going to be enforced? Is the dealer or FFL expected to inspect everyone's genitalia? Are Americans expected to forgo privacy and bodily autonomy to exercise their 2nd amendment right? This is just another means of denying people their rights using the big and ever-expanding government.
