Summary: The commenter opposes the proposed change to ATF forms regarding biological sex, arguing that it creates undue hardship for individuals who have legally changed their sex. They also express concern that the change prioritizes executive orders over state court orders.
RIN 1140-AA64 I am opposed to this change. This would create undue hardship on those looking to purchase a firearm in the United States who have legally changed their sex. This undue hardship creates a limit on their Second Amendment rights that is against American principles. This would create issues when applying for a weapon as an individual who has legally changed sex as what their documents reflect would not match what this is proposing to have them fill out. Additionally, this change puts an executive order as the reason to overrule state Court orders which is legally questionable at best.
