Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08932

This is another backdoor attempt to take away rights from individuals who do not exist on the gender binary and who followed Federal and State Requirements for a legal sex change including, in many cases, sterilization, and will never again have documentation that reflects a doctor's guess at birth (which may have been wrong for so many reasons). I request this rule be rejected
