Comment on FR Doc # 2026-08932

This is a clear breach of civil liberties using the rights of trans people as a ruse to incite public confusion so further democratic rights can be stripped at the whim of the federal government. No individual should be persecuted for their private identities, and anyone who stands for this only kicks the can down the road for when their liberties are similarly revoked.
