The first 8 pages are instructions to the Veteran without having to send a 5103 notice separately reducing paperwork and times for paperwork to be processed. I suggest reducing the area needed for service verification as we need a period noted of service and will also retrieve all personnel records which will include the DD-214. The contact information and identification information is needed along with the signature section. I also suggest a limit of amount of claims listed on the application to help with the processing times.
