Summary: The United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA) is requesting to have its President, Julia Hughes, appear as a witness at the USTR's July 23, 2026, hearing regarding the Annual Review of Country Eligibility for Benefits under the African Growth and Opportunity Act for Calendar Year 2027. The organization has also submitted pre-hearing written testimony on the matter.
