This lawsuit is nothing more than a manufacturer's attempt to force its competitors to raise prices because it is incapable of competing in the marketplace. If this passes, you're opening the door for every US manufacturer to do the same. In the end, US citizens will pay the price. No different than all the tariffs that have been imposed. It's just another tax on US citizens. It's high time our elected officials stand up for citizens!!!!
