Summary: The commenter supports the proposed rule as a "slight improvement" but argues that the administration should go further by completely terminating the H-4 EAD and OPT programs and revoking all current work authorizations for those categories. The commenter expresses strong opposition to Indian migrants and their impact on the American workforce.
Unemployment is rising, with millions of Americans locked out of the workplace by crooked Indian scammers on visas, who prefer to hire their low-skill and no-skill relatives from India so that they can collect illegal kickbacks from them. Information technology in America is circling the drain because of these incompetent and untrustworthy Indians. We cannot survive if we're expected to continue carrying this parasitic burden.
The proposed rule would be a slight improvement, as it would inconvenience a subset of the overpoweringly undesirable Indian migrant demographic. Yes, obviously, DHS should reject all criminal aliens that apply for work authorization.
But further, the administration should immediately, completely, and permanently terminate the toxic H-4 EAD and OPT programs, and immediately revoke all current work authorizations for those categories of aliens.
