I strongly oppose the regulations proposed under CIS No. 2805-25 / DHS Docket No. USCIS-2026-0067 / RIN 1615-AC98. These regulations would deprive nearly one million people of their ability to work legally in the United States, placing countless families at risk of financial distress, housing insecurity, and loss of economic opportunity. Restricting work authorization would not only harm affected individuals but also negatively impact employers, local economies, and tax revenues. Rather than promoting stability, these proposed rules would create uncertainty and hardship throughout communities across the country.
