This is extremely important because I know of many cases where people have lost their jobs and stable income due to significant delays in the issuance or renewal of their work permits.
Please make the process as quick and predictable as possible and ensure that work authorization can be renewed without any gaps between the expiration of the previous EAD and the issuance of the new one. People should not lose their jobs because of delays that are beyond their control.
