Summary: The commenter, who appears to be a legal representative or consultant (referencing "my clients"), argues that the proposed changes to the N-648 Medical Waiver will make it harder for doctors to complete the forms. They contend that the increased length and repetition will lead to more exclusions from naturalization for individuals with disabilities.
Dear USCIS. The proposed changes to the N-648 Medical Waiver would greatly harm most of my clients. It is already very difficult to find doctors willing to complete the N-648 form. By making it longer and repetitive, many doctors will not have the time and willingness to complete the N-648 form. It would be devastating to exclude such a large population from naturalization based on their disabilities. I kindly ask you to reconsider the proposed changes. Thank you. -Seda
