Sea lions are being harassed nationwide during this breeding season, but most notably at the sea lion beach in La Jolla. Several sea lions are entangled and struck with fishing gear and Seaworld San Diego is not sending rescue teams as they are required to do. Please work with the authorities in La Jolla to shut down sea lion beach (Sea Lion Cove) for this breeding season, under the Marine Mammal Protection Act. Thank you.
