I am requesting Successor Regulation for TIPS for transportation Improvements to protect and enhance the environment, promote energy conservation improve quality of life, and promote consistency between transportation improvement and State and local planned growth, housing, economic development patterns, Federal Lands Access Program, and Grants for Construction of Treatment Works Program.
