I respectfully request restoration of the de minimis exemption. Ending it raises costs for consumers, harms small businesses, and overloads CBP with low‑value entries. The $800 threshold has long supported efficient trade and reduced administrative burden. Please reinstate de minimis for low‑risk shipments.
