This rule makes absolutely no sense. The SBA is purportedly eliminating the presumption of racial discrimination by implementing new criteria based on..,race. But this time it is white people. Like me. If the Constitution really is color blind then this new rule violates the Constitution. Let’s go back to eliminating the types of discrimination prohibited by Federal laws and provide equal opportunity to all.
