The Agency Actions are Directives subject to Executive Order 13073 Year 2000 Conversion to assist with efficiencies and projects of the Executive branch, the implementations of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief and Consumer Protections, and the Computer Security Act of 1987 to address conversion issues of this timeline.
